How we handle your information

Information we collect

When you submit the application form we collect the details you enter: your name, father's name, CNIC number, date of birth, gender, phone number, e-mail address, education details, your chosen course and training city and, where applicable, your employer's name, your designation and your nomination letter. When you use the contact form we collect your name, contact details and message.

We also record the date and time of your submission and your IP address to protect the form against misuse.

How we use it

• To review your application and check your eligibility for the selected program.
• To contact you about your application, enrolment, schedules and training.
• To register and verify trainees with the relevant training and government bodies for the program you applied to, such as NAVTTC and PSEB.
• To answer the questions you send us.

Who we share it with

We share application details only with the training and government bodies that fund, regulate or certify the program you applied for, and only as far as is needed for registration and verification. We do not sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.

How we protect it

Applications are stored in a database that only authorised D-TECH staff can access. Uploaded documents are kept in private storage and cannot be opened from the public website.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete the information you submitted, or withdraw your application, at any time by contacting us.

Cookies

The public website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Your light or dark mode preference is saved in your own browser.
